Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes — skin safety is a design requirement, not an afterthought. Depending on the piece, we use implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136), Grade 23 titanium, or 316L surgical steel for posts and findings, and every item is nickel-free. Where a design uses gold-plated copper, we say so plainly on the product page. If your skin is highly reactive, look for the titanium pieces marked F136 or G23.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship with tracking. US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Complimentary US shipping is offered on orders over $75. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces in their original Sanctum pouch can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn with seals intact. Write to andy@sanctumjewels.com with your order number and we will take care of it — we reply within 24 hours on business days.
What do angel numbers mean?+
Angel numbers are repeating number sequences — 111, 444, 1111 — that many people believe carry gentle messages: alignment, protection, a nudge to keep going. The meanings we share come from numerology and cultural tradition; they are offered as inspiration, not promises. The right number is simply the one that keeps finding you. Wear what resonates.
Will my natural stone look exactly like the photo?+
Not exactly — and that is the point. Natural stones vary in shade, veining, and inclusions from piece to piece, so no two are ever identical. We photograph honestly and select every stone by hand, but please expect your piece to be uniquely its own, like a fingerprint.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
Every order ships in a Sanctum pouch with an intention card — the small ritual note that explains the symbol and how to set your intention with it. It is ready to give as-is. Sending directly to someone? Add a note at checkout and we will tuck a handwritten message in with the order, no receipt prices inside.
