On an island with two harbors, the eastern tide arrived before dawn and the western tide withdrew at the same hour. The keepers argued over which movement was the true measure of the sea. One counted what returned. The other counted what disappeared.
A child who crossed the island each morning carried a circular strand divided into pale and dark beads, with two crescent-shaped pieces near its center. She never called one side good and the other bad. She watched both harbors and marked the same lesson: arrival and release can belong to one cycle without becoming the same event.
When the keepers finally asked which tide should guide them, she placed the bracelet on the table. “Neither predicts the day,” she said. “But together they show where the shore is being made.”

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes. Skin safety is a design requirement, not an afterthought. Depending on the piece, we use implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136), Grade 23 titanium, or 316L surgical steel for posts and findings, and every item is nickel-free. Where a design uses gold-plated copper, we say so plainly on the product page. If your skin is highly reactive, look for the titanium pieces marked F136 or G23.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship with tracking. US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Complimentary US shipping is offered on orders over $75. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces in their original Sanctum pouch can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn with seals intact. Write to andy@sanctumjewels.com with your order number and we will take care of it. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Will my natural stone look exactly like the photo?+
Not exactly, and that is the point. Natural stones vary in shade, veining, and inclusions from piece to piece, so no two are ever identical. We photograph honestly and select every stone by hand, but please expect your piece to be uniquely its own, like a fingerprint.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
Every order ships in a Sanctum pouch with an intention card: the small ritual note that explains the symbol and how to set your intention with it. It is ready to give as-is.
