The Orbit Beneath the Name
In the private mythology of Lunar Sanctum, a keeper catalogued three circles that changed appearance whenever the observatory lamps moved. Visitors insisted each surface carried a secret message. The keeper refused to translate them.
Instead, she asked every visitor to name one color they could actually see. White held the hush of an unopened page, blue the depth of a window after rain, and pink the trace of light at the edge of evening. These were descriptions, not prophecies.
The circles promised no healing, protection, or revelation. Their purpose was quieter: to interrupt the story a person was telling long enough for the visible world to return. The keeper called that return an orbit—a movement away, and then back to what is here.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes. Skin safety is a design requirement, not an afterthought. Depending on the piece, we use implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136), Grade 23 titanium, or 316L surgical steel for posts and findings, and every item is nickel-free. Where a design uses gold-plated copper, we say so plainly on the product page. If your skin is highly reactive, look for the titanium pieces marked F136 or G23.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship with tracking. US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Complimentary US shipping is offered on orders over $75. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces in their original Sanctum pouch can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn with seals intact. Write to andy@sanctumjewels.com with your order number and we will take care of it. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

The meanings we share come from numerology and cultural tradition; they are offered as inspiration, not promises. The right number is simply the one that keeps finding you. Wear what resonates.
Will my natural stone look exactly like the photo?+
Not exactly, and that is the point. Natural stones vary in shade, veining, and inclusions from piece to piece, so no two are ever identical. We photograph honestly and select every stone by hand, but please expect your piece to be uniquely its own, like a fingerprint.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
Every order ships in a Sanctum pouch with an intention card: the small ritual note that explains the symbol and how to set your intention with it. It is ready to give as-is.
